The Leak-Finder is an innovative solution to fast and
effective leak detection on service pipes, avoiding
the need for Water Companies and leakage contractors
to waste time and money with excessive and troublesome
excavation over the property boundary.
The principal of The Leak-Finder is primarily for use
in smooth bore pipes up to 1.5 inches in internal diameter,
and operates on a principle of sealing the leaking pipe
and then pressurising the pipe itself with a quantity
of air.
If the leak is within the section of pipe under test,
then the fall in pressure is monitored and clearly displayed
by the integral pressure gauge.

If the pipe is sound, then
pressure will be maintained. The seal can then be repositioned
and the pipe re-tested as necessary until any leak is
found.
Leak-Finder has been proved extremely
